Giant Sunflowers in Ireland Bloom at The Grayson
A striking burst of colour has arrived at The Grayson on St Stephen’s Green, with a new giant sunflower entrance display installed by Giant Flowers Ireland.
The oversized yellow sunflowers frame both sides of the doorway, standing out against the restaurant’s dark entrance and ivy-covered Georgian façade. The result is a bright, highly visible focal point that draws attention while complementing the character of the building.
The Grayson is a restaurant, bar and events venue located inside a restored Georgian townhouse overlooking St Stephen’s Green in the heart of Dublin.
Designed to make an entrance
For restaurants and hospitality venues, the customer experience begins before a guest walks through the door.
The scale and rich colour of the sunflowers make the entrance visible from further along the street, while
the arrangement naturally frames the doorway without hiding the building, signage or surrounding greenery. It creates a memorable arrival for diners, event guests and passers-by—and gives visitors a distinctive backdrop for photographs and social-media content.

A fresh display every three weeks
This is an ongoing seasonal installation rather than a once-off event display.
Giant Flowers Ireland will change the flowers every three weeks, giving The Grayson’s entrance a regularly refreshed look throughout the year. Each changeover can respond to the season, a special occasion or the atmosphere the venue wants to create.
Regular changeovers also prevent a display from becoming part of the background. Guests and passers-by have something new to notice, photograph and share.
